MEMBERSHIP

Membership of CAMTA is open to anyone with an interest in Caché, M Technology, or Caché and M Technology applications, whether a manufacturer, software supplier, programmer, end-user or manager. There are four categories of membership in the group - Personal, Institutional, Vendor and Student.

Free membership is available to new users of Cache or M Technology products - contact your vendor or the CAMTA office for details.

Personal

This category is open to anyone and entitles the named person, whether an individual or part of an organisation, to one copy each of the printed journal; access to the members section of this web site; discounts on single copies of publications; attendance at its annual meeting at the member rate and voting rights at all CAMTA meetings

Please note that if you belong to an organisation and are a Personal Member of CAMTA these benefits apply to you alone. Personal Membership of CAMTA is not transferable.

Institutional

This is open to any institution (Company or other Organisation) and entitles the organisation to two copies of the printed journal; discount on advertising in the printed journal; access to the members section of this web site; discounts on multiple copies of publications; attendance at CAMTA meetings at the member rate for up to five people.

Vendor

This is also open to any Person or Institution and offers the following benefits in addition to those for Institutional Members - demonstration/exhibition facilities at CAMTA meetings; higher discounts on advertising in the printed journal.

Student

This category is open to students who can provide a letter from their Head of Department confirming that they are currently in full-time education. The benefits are the same as Personal Membership, except that a student does not hold a voting right at the AGM.

Membership year

The membership year runs from 1st June, or date of joining, to 31st May. The first issue of the news letter you will receive will be the summer one, or the next one to be published if joining later in the year.

NB. VAT is payable, by all members, irrespective as to whether they are resident in the UK, unless the member is from another EEC country and can supply a valid VAT Number on company stationery.

A bank Standing order mandate form in available to download in PDF format for members wishing to use this facility.

FREE MEMBERSHIP

CAMTA offers six months free membership to new purchasers of Cache and other M Technology systems. It applies from the date of purchase and provides the same benefits as Personal Membership above. Please ask for the special Free Membership Application form if you are eligible for this.
